panera bread help!!!1
ok so for lunch i made a sandwich which provolone, lettuce, and hummus on two slices of bread from panera these slices were about 2" by 4" slices from a small loaf of cheese bread from panera panera says 2oz of this bread is 140 calories my problem is. was one slice of the bread i had 140, or were they both together 140???

energizing meal plan?!
i have dance classes 3 times a week, and ive noticed i get tired out even when i eat much more what are some foods or meals i should eat on these days so im full, i dont feel naseated or tired??

coconut frenchtoast
2 slices holsum lite wheat bread pam cooking spray butter flavored .5 tsp coconut extract 1/4 cup skim milk 1 splenda packet 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1 jumbo egg cook like normal french toast and serve with either 1/8tsp powdered sugar for around 190 cals or sugar free maple syrup for 220! its so good :D :D:D

so im going to one of my cousin's 50 year reunion so all we're basically gonna do is eat im not entire sure what foods are going to be served but i do know they'd most likely be jewish or kosher? haha sorry. and im a vegetarian so does anyone know of any things i should watch out for? or eat?

i love how this site actually encourages you to eat to lose weight. for the longest time, i thought you should eat less and i was so unhappy. but now i eat the right foods in the right portions. and have 3 meals a day! its crazy. this site really has taught me alot i look healthier and im not hungry anymore!:flowerforyou:

lately ive been trying to increase my calorie intake but i want to be healthy when i do it. so far ive eaten around 1144 calories today and im aiming for 1300 but this is so much harder than it seems cause im so full. i dont want to keep losing weight though. so does anyone have any suggestions?:flowerforyou:

what's so bad about fries?
i mean a small is only around 330 calories. my bmr is around 1300 a day and i only ate 1278 calories today i did eat about 15 fries so i think thats about a small. how are fries bad for me if i stay below my necessary calories? also is too much fat bad if you dont eat over your necessary calories? sorry if this is…

finally! this site really works! i lost 10 pounds in 2 months! some things i do that i think work really well and might help everyone is *i drink about 8 glasses of water a day. seriously this works *i exercize for 60 minutes 3 times a week *i make sure i eat all my calories everyday i hope that helps some of you guys out

so lately ive noticed ive been losing weight nicely because ive been eating 1200 a day and drinkinig alot of water. and ive increased my intake to 1500. i am 5ft 6 and 112 will i gain weight?? or lose? the lowest i want to go is 110 and does anyone have any advice on maintaining a certain weight? thanks!
