lately ive been trying to increase my calorie intake
but i want to be healthy when i do it.

so far ive eaten around 1144 calories today and im aiming for 1300

but this is so much harder than it seems cause im so full.
i dont want to keep losing weight though.

so does anyone have any suggestions?:flowerforyou:

    You could try eating nuts or nutbutters, peanut or almond is really good. Also avocados. Good luck!

    just keep slowly building up. Our stomachs contract and expand. It takes a little while but your stomach will get used to the increase. After a few weeks it will feel back to normal.

    all I have to say is OATMEAL...never ate it till now and 1/2 cup uncooked fills me up! Use some splenda to sweeten it up since it doesn't have all that much flavor itself. GOOD LUCK!

    I found some organic peanut butter that has dark cocoa in it. MMMMM it tastes a little like Recees Peanut Butter Cups. We have been eating it with apples and oatmeal.

    But peanut butter would also do it or even cashew butter for something different.
