energizing meal plan?!

i have dance classes 3 times a week, and ive noticed i get tired out even when i eat much more



what are some foods or meals i should eat on these days so im full, i dont feel naseated or tired??

    Substitute carbs into your meal plan, they will help you with the energy you need. On days that I do major exercise, I eat sugar free maple oatmeal (which is very sweet by the way) and a Western Sweet Wheat Bagel with fat free cream cheese to kick off my day.

    Carbs are my favorite :)
