Congrats to you! 223 was once my "lowest", but then achieved "203" before bouncing back up to 250 today. I would pass OUT should I see 199 on the scale, seriously! This is awesome! Keep up the good work, and I celebrate with you!

I echo many statements here. I absolutely love mine. I've had the flex, and polar and went to the Charge HR the day it came out. The tracking helps to keep me motivated. Honestly, I like mine SO much that I just purchased one for my Aunt for Mother's Day.

Hi! I'm 37 as of Monday and BACK on the wagon after a 90 lb drop in 2011/2012. I've not gained it all back, and was never at goal but have a good 75 to lose. Add me!

I saw this story this morning. I'd never had a KIND bar until today, hated the idea that they were getting dinged for good fats. I tried the KIND strong bar, roasted jalapeño. OMG! A savory protein bar, and it was delish. That baby had 10 grams of protein. Good stuff.

Me too! I got the Bronze one and adore it. I also have the New Balance one that you can get at Target. Save your money - that one is much harder to set up and understand. Get the Polar!

70 Lbs (or just shy of 70) since May 2012. Snug size 24 jeans to loose size 14. I still have about 50-60 to go though, so by this time next year I should be very happy. Good Luck!

The worst thing about the Apocalypse being true would be missing the Dr. Who Xmas special. Unless it brought Zombies, Zombies would be fun.

Hi all. I am Kara, I am a born and raised TX girl, in and around the DFW area my entire life. I am 34 years old, single and no children. I am a bit of a workaholic and watch way too much TV. I started this journey, well hell; I started this journey when I was 4 years old, but this time around in May 2012. I have lost 69…

Wonderful!! that is great, congrats!

You're stunning honey, before and after... beautiful.
-
Congrats! That is wonderful.

Ha, Nice... I like what you did there. However, to be honest, I would take a Feynman, Sagan, Einstein understanding of the world over "skinny" all day and twice on Sunday.
-
THIS, 110% This... I would grow intelligence. I would be able to understand the way the world works around me. I would eat Physics for breakfast!

This is amazing. I cried when Firefly was cancelled. Browncoats forever. sigh.

I eat 1230 a day and not even all of those sometimes. I think mine is more in my head, I am doing well so I just deal with it. I don’t tend to get ravenous unless I am sitting around the house all day; which, I rarely do anymore. Oh, and Im 5*9 - 225 this AM, I started at 295, but have been 330 in my adult life.

Salt and vinegar pop chips, not terrible but still processed and full of sodium. red wine hummus ( I know its good fat, but Im a product of the 90's)

Hi guys! Im Kara. Im from TX (Dallas area) and have been on MFP for 90 days now. I started this journey in April and have lost 66 lbs so far. I am single, never married and no children, all by choice. I look forward to being more involved in the community as opposed to just logging from my phone.

Welcome! Very familiar story, happy to have you. Friends request sent. BEST of luck to you.

I love this. When I was younger I would put vinegar on my entire meal. I still love it. Before this lifestyle change it was Ranch, hell, I love Ranch. Now, its Mrs. Dash Table blend.

Welcome. We share very similar stories, please feel free to add me. I am a tall woman with larger build as well, though I have been 300+ pounds for most of my adult life. The whole key to weight loss / getting healthy is 99% in your mind. There is no one that can do it FOR you; you have to be ready to do it yourself and…

I just ordered this for my nephews for xmas. I hope they love it as much as I do. The cast looks fantastic!

Being a Texan I have never heard this and I pray to the FSM that I never do.

This might be the best post I have seen yet. And yes, I will be adding you Darth. Bow ties ARE fabulous, wibbly wobbly, timey wimey ones at that. :)

"totes" as opposed to totally or when in agreement. I honestly feel that "just sayin'" should be removed from ALL vocabulary but that is a battle I will lose.
