Hi SW - 89kgs 08/03 - 88.3 CW 15/03 - 87.9 GW 1/04 -84kgs I have to confess... I got down to 86.7 kilos last thursday, however I went travelling over the weekend... thought I did OK - but not brilliant on the food... but obviously not.. wow, thanks everyone I am eating 5 meals a day, breakfast lunch and dinner, plus an AM and PM snack. I am drinking a minimum of 2L of water a day Funny enough I feel full enough, and dont crave any extra food. only occasionally after dinner do I start feeling hungry again. I'm in... I was 89.3kg on Friday morning, will weigh in on Tuesday again - am away this weekend camping... I would love to be 85kgs by my birthday on march 16... It's pushing it but I want to get there, then my next mini goal is 80kgs by May 13th when I leave for Singapore

Im struggling to see a difference in me, but I have only lost 4kgs.... Hubby reckons he can, the rolls on my back are dissapearing. Im feeling alot better with exercise and a better diet without so many carb or rubbish food

Some people can be insensitive.... I would take it as a back handed compliment and move on. Im slow at loosing weight, I cant see a difference, but Hubby can. this is keeping me rolling, and the thought of fitting into size 12-14 clothes (im currently a 16-18) excites me too! Well... I blitz the 5 pounds in Feb thread, I weighed 92.4kgs on 31/01 I then weighed 89.3kgs on 20/02 Which is a loss of 6.8 pounds..... would like to make it 10 by the end of the month... to make it even more challenging, I am going camping (in a caravan park) for the weekend - from Fri night to Sunday night.... lets see…

It has taken me a good 4 or 5 attempts to stop eating crap. My easiest solution was not to have anything in the house, fill the cupboards with Healthy alternatives, and also the bottle of water trick.... every time I feel like nibbling i sip on water and the water usually fills the gap... if not I have a healthy snack.
