Love this thread! 4 frozen chicken breasts 1 jar medium salsa 1 can black beans 1 cup frozen corn Cook on low 6-8 hours. Then add 1 block of cream cheese. Turn on high for 20 min until it melts and mix together. Shred chicken. Serve on tortillas and top with lettuce, tomato and cilantro. So good.

Thanks Acg67! I get what you are saying, however if I ordered what I really wanted I'd be drowning in margaritas, sharing some nachos, fried flautas and fried empanadas. While it sounds like fun, the extra time on the treadmill/weight machine tomorrow isn't worth it to me. :wink:

While I truly appreciate the sentiment, I am trying very hard to stay on point with eating my daily allotment of calories. : ) Any suggestions from the menu?

I have it and I like it. I haven't done the full 30 days but I did about 20 days and lost 5 lbs. Just doing the Shred, no change to my diet. FYI there is a fair amount of jumping around.
