Congrats on a goal. Give it plenty of time. I was running consistently for 3 years before I tackled a full. Personally I wont qualify for Boston as I am way to slow. 4:28 is my marathon PR. But enjoy the process!

July Week 1 weigh in PW: 156 CW 154.6 Down 1.4 pounds this week!!! Slow and steady, but less than 5 pounds until Im out of the 150's which is my super duper vacation goal. I will be happy no matter what at this point because Im almost down 15 pounds!

@evangsimmons170 - no It's through studio sweat on demand. A workout program I belong to. Its a gym in San Diego that tapes alot of their classes and gives online access to those of us who live far away! I love it for the spinning classes and the weigh training.
