    Last week: 151.2
    Today: 150.4

    Finally a decrease after about 2 months! :)

    Calories target ed__yes over by 250 shouldnt of ate supper.my goal was 1350.

    Exercised__yes total of 70 min
    Walked 25 min this morning.
    Then 30 min before supper

    Strength__yes did 15 min lower body work out

    Water 11 cups

    To wore out to do other 2 exercise goals
    Oh also did washing an hanging out cloths
    About 30 min

    I am back from my vacation. I do not want to weigh in on my usual day because tomorrow because I know I gained weight. Can I have a few additional days to get back on track and that will weigh in Friday or Saturday.

    @WA_Teacher mfp has been glitchy this whole week for me (website version) I didn't have a homepage or a diary for 2 days. Sometimes it will load the wrong pages and sometimes it doesn't show anything logged.

    Goal was 1250

    Strength full body work outs 30 min
    Cardio walked treadmill 30 min
    Then rest of day finished washing cloths an hanging out.

    Water 11 cups
    Never got chance to get my other 2 goals done bikes maybe i can work on them next time
