Hey guys, thanks for the comments. my medication increased my appetite and interfered with the fat in my system but thankfully now off them. One thing i may add is i drink about 6 cans of diet coke per day and hardly any water, will this make a difference as i thought you were still getting fluid the same way? Thanks

Hi Chris, I am 6'0" and my BMR is 2,363. I try to track as close as i can with MFP, including calories even as small as a can of diet coke which is <1. Thanks

Hey Guys, thanks for the replies. Astroophys, not lying, that is what i am eating per day. I probably should stop weighing everyday but very tempting, but off putting at the same time .. I did presume its water but gaining 2 days in a row was starting to worry me a wee bit .. Thanks

Oh yeah .. I do extremely well during the day but don't sleep to well at night, up til about 3am and always hungry. I know this happens so try to watch what I'm doing during the day but during the night food doesn't get logged as I really can't be bothered that time of the night.

Try drinkaware.co.uk for an alcohol calories counter. The higher the percentage the more calories.

Ive put on 4lbs, but i did drink alcohol, and eat generally a lot of crap! but back on track today to get rid of it ... after all it is only once a year. ps: altered ticker to relate to the weight gain hence 0lbs lost :)
