22lbs Weight Loss in under 4 weeks
Hi is it possible to lose this much weight in under 4 weeks? I did weigh an incredible 312lbs to start with and thought enough is enough. no weight loss since I started
Hi, I've recently put on about a14lbs due to medication. I've now stopped this and been on my diet for 4 days. Problem is I haven't lost anything at all. I have stuck to MFP but getting fedup with no weight loss. Do I have to wait longer? Thanks

Weight Gain While Sticking to 1350-1400 Calories per day!
Ok, this may have been answered before. MFP says to lose 2lbs per week, which i chose because i weigh 269lbs at the moment. I cannot eat that much but i do eat between 1350-1400 and exercise off about 300 calories per day. Not much but due to back problems just now i cant do much more. Now i know i shouldn't weigh myself…

gaining weight
Hi. Over the past few month I've lost about 24lbs. I am supposed to be eating 1690 calories per day with no exercise to lose 2lbs per week. I walk about about 3-4 miles per day with the dog and at the end of the day I normally net about 1000. I've gained nearly 3lbs in 2 days. Water or should I be eating more?

Hi, Im very confused over this sodium thing, ie: i have just consumed Relentless - Sugar Free Energy Drink (Uk), 500 ml ... now on the can it says per 100ml its 0.05g of sodium but MFP says its 250... what exactly is the metric unit MFP is using, or do i not understand? Thanks

Hi, I purchased what i thought was nice & healthy breakfast. Had 40grams of Fruit & Fibre for breakfast, put it in MFP and says 10grams of sugar... this seems like a helluva lot .. is this too much for a breakfast? Thanks
