Cereal

Hi,

I purchased what i thought was nice & healthy breakfast. Had 40grams of Fruit & Fibre for breakfast, put it in MFP and says 10grams of sugar... this seems like a helluva lot .. is this too much for a breakfast?

    You should real the label before purchase but if it fits in with your daily caloric intake and you like it-eat it.

    Unless you have an issue with sugar, I wouldn't worry about it. Sugar doesn't make you fat, eating too much makes you fat.
