Hi,

Im very confused over this sodium thing, ie: i have just consumed Relentless - Sugar Free Energy Drink (Uk), 500 ml ... now on the can it says per 100ml its 0.05g of sodium but MFP says its 250... what exactly is the metric unit MFP is using, or do i not understand?
