It's perfectly fine, I eat 3 eggs at breakfast.

fine. I eat as a general rule 2-3 eggs + 2 whites most mornings. I have discovered that the combination of protein and fat keeps me satiated much longer than just high protein. It's fine as long as it doesn't put you over your daily calorie limit.

    Totally fine.

Unless you're at risk for cardiovascular disease, or you have high triglycerides, there is nothing wrong with eating whole eggs.

From examine.com..."There appears to be no increased risk (stroke and coronary artery disease) in persons consuming 1-6 eggs a week or 'greater than six eggs a week' relative to no egg consumption overall"

Remember that dietary fat is an important part of a healthy diet.

If you are looking to decrease the amount of fat in your breakfast, you could substitute one or two yolks for egg whites, which are fat free and 100 percent protein...

    Good luck friend!

I eat eggs almost very morning. I did cut down to 1 but it's because I'm pretty small and can't get away with very many calories without gaining.
I love poached eggs with either spinach or chard. I wilt the greens in a blue steel skillet with a mist of olive oil. ( I don't do non-stick).
Our other favorite breakfast is eggs with almost fat-free homemade steak fries. I love making the fries out of white sweet potatoes, too.
I have chickens which are fed organically and also free range, so I believe my eggs are higher in omega 3s than store bought.

My breakfast is usually around 17 grams of fat. Two hard boiled eggs topped with 2T avocado, 1 T half-n-half in my coffee (+ 1T fat free) and some fruit. Sometimes I have an extra tablespoon of the avocado, depending on how I cut it that morning.
