Hi,

Can i eat what i want aslong as its within my calorie intake?

    Purely on a weight loss front, yes you can eat what you want as long it finds your calorie goals. From a health view point and also to correct the bad habits that lead to the weight loss in the first place it may be better to try and eat healthier so you lose the weight, aren't hungry whilst doing it and you have the dietary habits to keep the weight off.

    I do. Sometimes by the end of the day I realize it wasn't a great idea but it doesn't stop me from doing it!

    your body will thank you if you choose healthy foods. but it doesn't mean you can't eat junks. small treats once in a while won't hurt. :)

    Many folks here strongly believe in the IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) philosophy, which is often misrepresented as getting your daily calories from whoopie pies or similar. Many other vocal posters here believe that sugar/gluten/carbs/'processed' foods/etc. are teh devil.
