I have eaten pizza often while logging all my food, if I know its going to be a pizza night with the kids, I make sure to put in an extra burn. I never eat more than one slice, and make sure its not loaded with too much meat as meats often have more fats than what I really want to consume.

I also am one who averages about 15K steps per 5miles, it means that your pace different. Just means we burn more calories :)

I try to be a couponer as much as possible, I wouldn't say I am an extreme couponer, but I do try my best. I would say I spend about 2 to 3 hours clipping per week or adding them to my "cards" I haven't be able to find a store in my area that allows me to do double coupons. I find it interesting that the more you weight the more water you should consume. Does anyone know the reason why? If I do the calculation my goal would be 15 glasses per day. Granted I have been working hard to reach this goal. Today I have reached 10 so far and am sure I will be able to make my 15 glasses.

Soraya, thank you so much for the suggestions. Sounds like having two natural sugars from "real fruit" is the way to go. Since today I am over for sugars, I will try again tomorrow. :-)

I will do my best to help. I am looking to loose 52 lbs before Feb if possible. That is at least my goal. I would be happy with 20lbs :-)
