Hi all! I'm 37 years old and from the Quad Cities, IA/IL area. I just started dieting for real this week and am off to a great start! It's been quite an adjustment and I have a long way to go (over 100 pounds) I'm looking for others out there who want to do it for real this time. Friend me if you want to work together sticking with our new lifestyle change.

    I will do my best to help. I am looking to loose 52 lbs before Feb if possible. That is at least my goal. I would be happy with 20lbs :-)

    Friend me too. I'm in it for the long haul. 114lbs I've tried a hundreds times before but this week it finally really like for me. It will be a lo g roads with triumphs and tragedy fits and smiles but damn it ....I'm doing it this time
