When doing the shred, I do the modified versions as I do what Anita does. I took breaks whenever I needed to. In level 1, I did not have any stamina whatsoever so I tired easily and needed frequent breaks to catch my breath. It gets better the more you do it. You slowly build your strength and endurance the more you do it.…

I gained upper arm strength doing the shred and I'm doing 6w6p starting on Monday. I'm going to watch 6w6p tonight to see what I'm going to be doing. I know it's variations of planks. I'm starting a group for those interested in doing 6w6p with me if you like to join. I sent you an invite.

I love Leslie Sansone's Walk off the pound's dvd's. You can look them up on Amazon or check them out at your local library. They can probably be found on you tube.

I make myself a smoothie for breakfast. I use Jillian Michaels whey protein powder (triple chocolate), orange, banana, any flavor of yogurt. PW 200 lbs when I started MFP in Sept 1012 CW 185.5 lbs GW 125 - 130 lbs Gained some this week as yesterday was our anniversary and we went to Olive Garden and ate delicious dinner and desserts. Next Monday is my birthday so it's another free day for me. I will have to try harder next week to stay on track.

I have problems with binging, too. I can blow it in one sitting on one binge and then, hate myself for it. MFP has groups I am in that hopefully I can get support and understanding for this problem. I list it as circuit training and it gives me 300 calories for 27 minutes.

I completed levels 1 & 2 and have seen a difference in my strength & endurance. I have lost inches, not much weight. I am getting stronger every day that I do it. I will be starting level 3 tomorrow. Highly recommended!

I was sore when I started level 1 and sore in the middle of level 2. I took rest days to recouperate so I could rest my muscles. It does get better and you do get stronger. I am moving on to level 3 tomorrow and I will probably get sore from using different muscle groups and have to rest them.
