  • You look great! Before picture is my current weight (and about how I look too). How tall are you?
  • I have a similar problem, and the only thing that seems to be working for me is to log all of my food, even when I binge. I usually find I didn't eat as many calories as I thought, and I can move forward the next day instead of waiting to start again next week, month, or whatever.
  • If you just started this today, you should know that lots of people have been complaining that Fitbit hasn't been syncing with MFP this afternoon.
  • Way to go! I too have recently given up diet soda (nearly 2 months now) after a nearly 10 year habit. The second month is not nearly as hard as the first, and I have decided I'm never ever going to drink even 1 diet soda ever again. I will allow myself a regular non-diet soda occasionally, but for me it does not seem to…
  • I second the advice on the Fitbit. If you can afford one, that is the only way to go.
  • You both look wonderful! Congratulations! Also- you look really good as a blonde!
  • Honey, I'd be thrilled to see you in Victoria's Secret. Since having 2 kids and growing 2 bra sizes, I'm always looking for advice on how to get more support. It is a whole new world for this former A-cup. Larger ladies usually have more to support and so I can see how you will be a great asset to the store. If I were…
  • I'm 5'8. Going for 155 (CW 168). I have a large frame. Dream weight would be 145, but that is what I weighed in HS. I'm not sure I could maintain that.
  • I agree that bananas are good for you and that if you don't exceed you calorie limits you can eat as many as you want. But as a mom of 2 young children, I must warn you that if you eat 2-3 a day, you are probably going to be very constipated
  • Tanita brand scales. Mine is digital and I've had it for 3 years. It's most accurate scale I've owned. I don't think the body fat % is accurate, but the weight is. This is the only scale I can find that I can step off and step back on and get the same weight. When I did weight watchers, my scale always matched the weight…
  • I got my fitbit last month and love it too! Here are some of the ideas that worked well for me (I have 2 kids, so most ideas I do with them): 1. Put on music and dance (I rack up steps really fast this way) 2. Pace when I talk on the phone 3. Get up from my desk every hour and visit the far away upstairs bathroom 4. Park…
  • My toddler has chronic constipation and we have him on Miralax- 1 capful everyday. His pediatrician says it is safe and not habit forming. The same medicine works on adults too. We also put him on the potty after every meal and tell him to poop. I've actually heard this potty after every meal treatment is reccommended for…
  • Thanks for sharing! Fantastic!
