I bring a little lunch box with an ice pack with me every day. It holds lunch, dinner, and some healthy snacks for in between. Usually works for me.

I'm absolutely terrified for Easter! It's a huge feast around my house with neighbors and family and pure chaos (did i mention enough food for a small army?!). UnderArmour sports bras are the only ones that work for me. I buy a size smaller than normal (what was recommended to me by a friend). And i can run and jump and nothing moves!!!!

This made my day! All so true!!! Also, all my skinny friends complaining to me that they've eaten badly all day and are 'SO FAT'! It drives me insane!!!

I'm the OCD one of the two of us and my boyfriend is so chill he'll usually just let me do it and help when I ask for it (almost never :laugh: ). Even if I get mad about something he can make faces or do something stupid/obnoxious until I laugh and can't stay mad. It's worked for 3 years so far (though not living together)!

My days are pretty similar. I try to do more foods with fiber and drink a lot of water. Plus I'll work out and be able to eat those calories back. Those are the easiest days to get through.

LW: 194.8 CW: 192 Scale said 193 this morning but I'm going to assume it's just water weight since I upped my intake yesterday. I think it's up to you. I don't count mine, though I do use a pedometer to keep track of how much I walk around campus everyday. I just think of it as an extra boost on the calorie burn!

Feel free to add me! I have about 60 lbs to go (almost down 10 so far). I understand enjoying the workout but overeating. MFP is great for that. I rarely crave junk food anymore, and have to have my greek yogurt every day! Good luck on your journey!

I use my phone and set different ringers occasionally from the day before, which is usually enough to scare me awake in the morning with a loud noise right by my ear! :laugh:

Better Oats - Oat Fit Instant Oatmeal (any flavor). Between 100-200 calories per pouch and very tasty and filling! Takes about 2 minutes in the microwave. I make one every morning at work and also have a piece of fruit or yogurt.

It's not "natural", but Monster Absolutely Zero gives me my caffeine fix. It's zero calories and zero sugar so it seems a little better... I'm not sure on sodium however.
