THanks for the reply :) To be honest, weight gain doesn't really scare me. As long as it's muscle weight - i rarely step on the scale I just go by how i look in the mirror and how my clothes fit. That's awesome that you're getting results! Just in time for summer.

I wouldn't stop completely, just do more cardio. If you're body fat is low you'll look good no matter how much muscle you put on. :)

yes.. my dad was a chef for a health clinic (overweight sick ppl would come to the retreat for makeovers) in Switzerland and my mom is 50 and hiking every chance she can get, cooks healthy and is an avid runner <3

Eat the ice cream and pop tarts, just have a balance obviously. If you balance the rest of your diet out with wholesome food and don't have it everyday then you're fine. Learn how to listen to your body and eat what you're craving. YOLO

I love making my hot chocolate with cocoa powder, skim or 1% milk, some vanilla, and sweetening it with splenda or another sweetener. even honey. I love it its delishious :)

The minute you get home, stop, close your eyes and shut your mind off. Think about what you REALLY want to do because craving food is just a coverup for your real feelings. Have healthy snacks and a water bottle with some crystal lite ready in your fridge. Avoid the kitchen!

It is hard I agree... girls are terrible for that and the main reason behind it is jealousy. As long as you aren't extreme with them or you aren't a damper on the party then who cares, theyll' get over themselves. If you get invited for a girls nite bring some healthy brownie bites or something!

Soy is horrible. Japan lives on SOY BEAN which has excellent health benefits. America took soy, processed it, pumped chemicals into it and left us with soy milk which is the unhealthiest thing out there. It creates mucas in our bodies more than any other dairy product.
