I want to say no but it's become so difficult for me, especially if I have a stressful day. I get tired after class and just want to eat the not so good stuff. How do you guys handle the cravings and wishing to stuff your face with bad food?

I have to stock my fridge and cabinets with options that will satisfy my salt and sweet cravings (and all cravings in between) with as few calories as possible and I pre log my days food choices the night before.
I can't wing it or wait until I am hungry to decide what I will eat. Maybe one day I will be able to make good choices while hungry or on the go,but for now this is all that is working for me. Hungry me likes carbs, sweets, tacobell and gigantic sodas.
I pack my breakfast/lunch/snacks in a little canvas cooler and eat most dinners at home. If I know I am going out or going to be out I google like a madwoman until I have all my options planned out. I also keep snacks 100 cal and less in my hand bag for outings.0 -
first thing you have to admit you have an addiction to food/binges. second you have to do the hard brain work as to the reasons you are binging. third you need to find a replacement for you binges. my replacement to get over the cycle is i just go to bed. fourth get ready to feel sorrow at the loss of your binge. fifth get ready to feel pain because you cant numb it with food. sixth write, talk, cry, think about why you are hurting yorself. seventh abstain from all trigger foods and get away from food when you are weak. eighth be kind patient and give yourself love.0

The minute you get home, stop, close your eyes and shut your mind off. Think about what you REALLY want to do because craving food is just a coverup for your real feelings. Have healthy snacks and a water bottle with some crystal lite ready in your fridge. Avoid the kitchen!0
