I lost 10 pounds in my first week. from my experience, I loose a lot in the first two weeks and then it goes down to 1 or 2 pounds a week.

I'm the same way. I only change it every 5 pounds. nothing worse than moving it back. everyone is different though. do what makes you feel like your accomplishing something:smile:
