I am a bit confused on the exercise calories... Should I or Shouldn't I eat my exercise calories? I have been staying under roughly 600 a day. Am I slowing my metabolism?

You should come close to your total calaries plus exercise cals as your calorie allotment already takes into account your weight loss goals.
By eating all of your calories according to your profile on MFP, if you set your goal to loose weight, you are already in a calorie deficit and by going more than a couple hundred under you risk slowing your motabilism down. I hope this helps0
