I was on here years ago and should have stayed. Anyway. I stepped on the scale last month and was shocked. I started swimming daily and watching what I eat and have lost 20 lbs. I know it won’t continue at that rate. SW 254 CW 234 GW 175 My goal this month is to add in more veggies and drink more water.

Willpower....LOL Actually I walk everywhere. I walk at least three miles every single night. I also make sure I get enough sleep. The biggest thing though I think is the walking. I park farther away from the store....I walk places under a mile if I am alone. I plan on getting a bike this weekend...then even more weight…

It is also awesome when others can see your results. Someone asked me today if I had lost weight.... It felt good to say YES. This person doesn't even know me....they just see me in the gym sometimes and we chat while getting ready for work.

You have to be honest with yourself. Log EVERYTHING. If you have the mobile app...you can scan in barcodes. Walk everywhere. I walk a minimum of three miles a day. You don't have to walk fast. Just pick it up a bit every day and walk a little farther every day. A month ago it took me 55 minutes to walk three miles. This…

I drink at least 32 ounces of water a day. I just forget to log it down at the bottom. I eat the cereal dry. I measure it out into a baggie and eat it as I work.

What are things I can eat more of? I am kind of picky. I cut out sweet tea completely. I cut out fried foods. I am never hungry because I eat on stuff throughout the day.

Fresh fruit and veggies. Baked chicken, cereal with no milk, canned pineapple in juice. My diary is open with the key Shaken1976. I feel like I eat all day...but never make my calories.

Military. My weight wasn't bad...not great but not bad. Then I was in a car accident and couldn't work out at all.

Not looking for quick temporary weight loss. But I have a weigh in on Friday next week and if I don't show progress I am in trouble at work. I had been watching what I eat...now I started tracking it.
