MFP says 1240 calories...and another site says
1500 for extreme weight loss. Which one should I follow? Also my nutrionist said I should eat more than 1240. Should I split the difference.

Help please
Can someone look at my food diary and give me some ideas to up my calories? I am having trouble finding foods that are low sodium and will also keep me under my calories. I have not hit 1200 calories in weeks. I am never hungry. I drink water...just forget to log it. passkey is the same as my screen name

Eating out
I went to TGI Fridays this week. Nothing healthy or low calorie. But I did find that th chicken and shrimp at Cheddars is good if you get veggies instead of rice.

Not sure where to post this...
I have been walking every single evening and have drastically changed my diet. I had noticed some pain in my side for a few days. Today I look and there is actual bruising all over the right side of my ribcage. It is pretty bad. I have not fallen or anything else. Any ideas?

Since August 1st I have lost 17 pounds....Which is awesome... But I have not lost even one inch in my waist.

I have a really hard time drinking water. But I can drink this all day. It has zero calories and 10g of sodium...and 0 everything else. So can I count this as water?

This is really discouraging
I have been busting my *kitten* and working out hard...I need to log more of it on here. I know I don't eat enough at all. I keep trying to eat more and it doesn't seem to help. I have lost some weight....but not even an inch off my waist.

Inches off advice
I am in need of losing two inches in a matter of days for my job. I have been working hard the last few months and absolutely no change. I started tracking calories and notice I am not taking in anywhere near enough calories. Any advise?

Mondays are horrible.
