Mondays are horrible.

I am so busy I forget to eat. Quick and healthy snack ideas needed. I manage lunch. But after that I am on the run until after 8 pm. I go straight from work to pick up my daughter. Then we go home for quick change and a snack for her and we are at dance until 8. She is a competitive dancer and there is nothing close by to grab food except Dominos and McDonalds. Help please.
