  • Almost every morning for breakfast i have 1 1/4 cup special K and 1/2 cup 1% milk = 164 calories
  • I weigh myself every morning right before i eat or drink anything and every night right before i go to bed. I enjoy doing it twice a day, that way i can keep track of what I'm eating does to my weight (roughly of course)

  • Why not try and substitute, such as turkey burgers for beef or sweet potato fries for regular it's still not the best for you but it's a lot better and its a good start. Don't put so much pressure on yourself if your stressed out you'll have a harder time losing the weight. Hope this helps Good luck
  • Comment to the last msg... a good idea is to get a picture of your goal outfit or goal weight(if you have a previous picture of your self) and keep that around so every time you want to go all out, look at what your working towards.
