Probably my kettlenell workouts ( Love them) and weeding my garden. It is a massive garden. Oh and elliptical.

Oh I so know the feeling. I worked my butt off, ate correctly and lost a whole 2 pounds this month. GRRRRRRRRR. Now pizza is sounding great.

My husband and i are the same way. I am "flirty" by nature and everyone we know are aware of it. That is just how I am. I mean nothing by it. We trust each other and it has never been an issue, nor do I see it being an issue.

Bud Select 55 is my beer of choice. And then I LOVE SOCO. I just plan a head for the ablility to drink.

Being a mother of 3 via c-section I am sure I will not look good ina bikini, Thanks to the pouch. But I wil try, or atleast a tankini.

I plan on use MFP forever. LOL. Once I get to my goal I am planning on using it to maintain and continue counting. Up keep is going to be important.

I have to agree with this. I had a simillar relationship in highschool about the same age too. My bf at the time had a simillar up bringing. I would definetly recommend keeping your communication with your daughter open. The fact she sees it is not healthy to stay in all the time is a good thing. Give it time.

I am trying. But I have more on my plate now. Due to going back to school full time and I have fawning season coming up. I feel I have no time and I am make horrible food choice due to time issues. i just need to find a way to make time.

I do diet pepsi and so-co or a bud select 55. Then I also work it into my calories. If I know I am going to have a few drinks I do extra to burn those calories a head of time. Plan, plan, plan. LOL Kimmie

Your body has to get use to eatting differently. We all have "fallen" of the wagon a time or two. i am coming back after fallin off a few months ago. It takes time to learn to eat healthy. I get a little chocolate all the time. But I make room in my calories for it. A snack is not a bad thing if you keep it small. Fruits also make great snacks too. Just work it in to your calorie limit. You can do it. Kimmie

I just dip the fork into the dressing instead of pouring it on to the salad. I get just enough flavor for the bite and I use very very little.

I love your explaination. All I want to do is say. I think it kinda has to do with nutrition. That cutting how much and what you are eating could cause you to lack in the nutrition department. I don't see the issue with eating my calories and then burning a good amount of them off. I don't see how that can have a negative…
