Oatmeal bars???
I am looking for a recipe for an oatmeal bar. Something low calorie but filling. I can not stand the texture of oatmeal when cooked. Anyone have any ideas. Hell it does not have to be oatmeal. Just need something. Kim :devil:

Jogging issue.
So yesterday I went 33 minutes at 3.5-4 mph. Did fine. Well today I got on to jog and my calf just do not want to work with me. They hurt like a dull pain. I have had sore muscles and this does not feel like this. Could it be from not drinking enough water?? Kim

I am not sure if it is the heat that is killing my running or what. I can normally do a 15 minute jog at 5 mph. But today I could not even do 5 minutes and I was dieing. Not sure if it is the heat or because my hours of sleep has gone down. AHHHH. I guess I am going to have to work back up to where I was before. Any tips???

Help I have gained weight!!!
I have gained 3 pounds since friday. I have stayed within my calories and have exercised. I know I do not drink enough water. Could this be water weight? Help. :frown:
