instead of what you'd change, what do you love about your bo

There was a forum post about what you'd change about yourself, besides weight/size. Got me thinking about what I really like about my body, which I think might be a better way of thinking. Why not have a place to be proud of your good traits?
Personally, I love:
My shapely arms and shoulders
My big eyes and their color
My lips
My ability to dance, and the subsequent muscle control and isolation
The shape of my legs, without high-heels!
What do you love about your body? Or personality, too!

How bout we focus on our innerselves some. Dieting and trying to lose weight is enough sometimes. Can't we place emphasis on the inside and get in touch with what makes us who we are? Everything is always about how we look, especially women.Lets be real women(and men) and get to focussing on thngs other than appearance. I say this all in peace:)0

That IS my primary focus. My physical appearance is far less important. I merely answered the question.0 -
I like my rack...LOL Of course I'll be losing some cup size as I lose weight, but it will be worth it.
I also like my hair, and my curvalicious butt. Hahaha.0 -

if that's what motivates you the most, of course! go for it! This was just in response to the forum topic that was asking what you'd change about yourself if you could. thought it'd be nice to counter the self-bashing with some appreciation of what you love about yourself0 -
What a great and positive question!! I like my eyes - I recently had to give up wearing contacts, and it was a huge adjustment because I have worn green ones for 30 years. I discovered I like my blue eyes just fine. I like my hands and feet (thank God I still wear single-digit sizes in rings and shoes!), I like that I have an hourglass figure (even if there is more sand in the bottom than I'd like!) I like my wacky sense of humor, my brain, my inner strength, and my rock-solid faith, and my tattoos.0

That's a good question, i dont actually think i have ever though about it. Well as you made me think of it i think ill choose the colour of my eyes and hair, and probably my legs :happy:0

I like my hair. It's long, thick, wavy and a very light natural blonde. I also like my butt. It is a very perky, pronounced muscle-butt.0

Physically, I'd definitely say my nose and my lips. And the fact that I'm finding curves under everything!
For my personality, I'd definitely say my sense of humor. I love making people laugh!0 -
My chest, arms and back0

the size of my feet.....0
