This is literally the craziest thing I've ever heard in my entire life. This girl has some serious problems and needs help (a straight jacket and padded room maybe). Toilet cleaner is for toilets, and laundry detergent for laundry. The girl needs to go.

Hi! I just started yesterday, and I agree it is tough. I am doing it with a friend so that helps keep me motivated (I am less likely to walk during a run cycle). I've only done one day and it's not as bad as I thought. I did try it on the treadmill and that did NOT work (I almost passed out). Hope it all goes well for you!

Just finished my first session! This time successfully! I tried it the other day on the treadmill and it was tragic. So I took it to the great outdoors and it was so much better! Looking forward to being able to run a 5K!!!

Thanks for all the tips. Now that I think about it, I may have been running too fast, doing about 5.5 mph. It was a speed that felt like a natural run. I noticed that when I run on the treadmill my strides aren't the same as what they would be if I were outside, so I thought I would speed it up to make it better. I am…
