  • My very 1st Stronglift workout post! Yay! Workout (A) Squats, 105# was too heavy, staying at 95 for now Bent Over Row (BOR) 60, kind of easy. Go up by 5 next workout Bench Press 65, a bit of a challenge. May stay at 65 just to be safe. Dont have a spotter :)
