I have a Green belt / Blue strip in TKD - but I left TKD to work nights and go back to college. The school no longer has a satalite class in town so I am moving to Krav Maga.

My wife make Jiffy pizza crust, olive oil instead of sauce, light cheese, green olives, artichoke hearts, red pepper flakes, and add some onions or whatever vegies you want. Best damn pizza ever. Not exactly low in calories but not full of grease and bad fats.

I have heart palputations. They started alfter drinking 4 Rockstar energy drinks on a long drive home from NC. I don't have issues with it while I exercise though.

I wouldn't stop cardio - it's good for your heart. Your not going to waste away from running to much. Great job by the way.

Do it. Running is the best weight loss and health builder I have come across yet. I ran my first 5K yesterday and had a blast. I haven't stopped smiling since!

I quit 5 or 6 years ago. Cold turkey is the only way to go - sorry! www.whyquit.com is a good recource to learn about quiting smoking. It breaks down what the hell is going on inside your brain while you trying to quit. It helped me.
