  • Just inputed my goals and weight! So very excited!!! :)
  • I am shooting for 2 lbs this week!!! Gonna continue to eat fresh fruits and veggies, chicken and fish, whole grains, and lots of water!!! Also starting my 10 day Zumba challenge today! :)

  • Just finished Level 2 Day 1! All I can say is there is DEF room for improvement!! I was intimidated going into Level 2 this afternoon cuz I was unsure what to expect, so my mind set was def off!! I know now I have more to give and by day 10 of Level 2 I will be able to say I gave it my all!! Still was a great work out tho!!
  • Finished out Level 1 hard today!! Feel so amazing for just completing Level 1 with no cheat days and just sticking strong to my goals!! Ready to make Level 2 just as amazing!!!

Ya I usually have feta cheese with my omlet in the morning, and then swiss or mozzarella with my sandwich at lunch and then sometimes cheese with my meal for dinner too but yes I am always under my calorie goal eating the way I have been so I will just contiune to do so thank u!! :)
