So I have been eating healthy for about 13 straight days now and can def feel my body changing (added exercise also). I was wondering though how much cheese I should be allowing in my diet daily though?? I stick to the healthy cheeses like Mozzarella, Feta, Reduced Fat Cheddar, they are packed with protein. I guess I want to make sure I just don't have too much cheese going on in my diet, help????

Don't worry about it as long as you are within your calories and you have enough varied foods in your diet.

You could eat nothing but cheese as long as you didn't go over on calories. Seriously, though, there's no set amount. I usually eat cheese every day (string cheese, cottage cheese, american on my egg whites..) Just had a grilled cheese (cheddar) with tomato sandwich on sunflower bread. Yum! :)
