Holy crap!!! Just finished Day 6 and all I can say is WOW!! My husband was home today so I felt like I needed to push myself even harder to show him up haha I feel amazing!! I find I am getting through the exercise a lot smoother now and can't wait to see how I conquer level 1 on day 10!! :)

So I just finished day 5 and pretty sure I pushed myself harder then I have yet!! I just want to feel completely prepared when Level 2 comes so I am gonna continue pushing hard so my body is ready and willing!! I feel amazing!!!
