just switched to almond milk, i grew up on lactaid milk and will drink 2% once in awhile but I'm lactose intolerant so that never ends well.

agreed, it wasn't like that when i was in school, if you got under 3rd place THEN you got a participation ribbon.... I am by nature competative though so I always strive to get an actual place. if i got the same prize as someone who lost i would be TICKED

feel free to add me too, I'm on week 6. I lost 8lbs but... I am also doing turbo fire at the same time. the first time i did insanity I stopped at week 5 and also ate whatever I wanted, i didn't lose weight but I didn't gain any. This time I wanna do it properly, and even do a second round :)

i wake up every morning and have some oatmeal, i love it! i only started eating it like 2 weeks ago, before that i had never had it, (i was seriously missing out)

i HATE zombies, they scare me too but i LOOOOOVE killing them in video games. When I play too many zombies games I can't sleep unless everyone in my house says good night to me before i fall asleep (they have to SAY it or I'll think they're zombies... cause zombies can't say anything.) yeah I'm a chicken lol

i just just just bought silk almond milk since I'm lactose intolerant and was looking for alternatives. i tried soy milk but i hate it. the almond milk i tried was unsweetened and only 60 calories, i like the taste (Kind of tastes like watery but creamy almonds), i use it in my tea and cereal. try it out:)

i am on week 4 and last week I'd lost 7 lbs i haven't checked this week yet but I think we're all doing very well! i'm glad i lost that much :) my clothes are fitting better and i can't wait to see the rest of my results with this program it's so fun!

I like almonds but you can't have very many with 150 calories left over... I might end up eating the banana. The oreos aren't worth it, I don't know the nutritional info but I have a feeling I won't get very many... I want the most bang for my... calories... :P yeah banana lol
