    spend a week in Tuscany in a villa with my wife and see all my children get married, but mostly I want to see my grandchildren someday come into this world.Hopefully my son will have a son to keep my family honor alive.Great post, loved it.

    i want to find out of true love really exists. if so, find it. grow old with her. spoil the grandkids.

    So many thougths race through my mind as i try to pick THE ONE thing i would love to do befer i die....So many things come to mind.....most are already listed - save a life, give a life, live a life with no regrets...enjoy life to the fullest - Drugs Sex and ROck &Roll - Just kidding :)

    Skydive, swim with dolphins, bungee jump, travel around the world (I've been to Australia & New Zealand already), get married, have kids and many other things but this is all I could think of at the moment.

    Edit: I saw a lot of people saying save a life. I'll have plenty of chances to save many lives in the next few years. I am in Physician Assistant school :)

    wow....this really makes you look deep into your soul (if you take is seriously--if not sex drugs and rock and roll works LOL )....I have so many things I want to do but some of them just seems sooooo far away that its almost not possible!! But my short list.....

    Be a mom :( (This one will probably never come true...my fiance had Chemo therapy and probably sterile....but if God wants it to happen it will )
    Be comfortable in my own skin and it not be faked!
    Backpack across Europe
    Own a motorbike (H-D Electra-glide to be exact)
    Get married
    Travel
    Not have to worry about finances/bills (knowing I have the money to pay them)

    This is incredible! Loved reading all these answers! I would love to get a passport and have a few countries stamped in it. And before I die, I would LOVE to see an end to cancer, autism, parkinson's, and all the other horrible diseases that break our families apart!
