Today was a good day. I had 8 cups of water I did ten minutes on the bike 4 sets of 15: Leg extensions with 25lbs Cafe raises with 25lbs 100 squats 50 lunges Torso twists with 10lbs.

100 squats, 50 lunges , and 50 calf raises. I also did 20 minutes on the bike and some strength training.. Goo mee !! :smooched:

Today was a very good day for me. I had a good workout today. I'm excited to feel sore tomorrow so I can push through it.

Today was a Great day for me. I went to the gym and burned 619 calories :smile: I did the elliptical and some arm workouts. I'm looking forward to bring sore when I wake up.

For lunch I had a Ham and cheese sandwhich on Wheat bread . For dinner I'm having Grilled pork chops and a slice of Texas toast. I worked out hard today so I treated myself to a piece of German chocolate cake ????. I burned 612 calories in my workout today so my food equaled to 1,115 - 619=503 net with 697 remaining ????

In high school I was 132lbs. Now I'm up to 165lbs. I don't want to get to my highschool weight, I'll be extrly happy to lose 20lbs and be 145lbs.

Me and my husband are going to the gym tomorrow. I'm really excited to sweat.. Tomorrow is arms day so I will be doing cardio and arms. What is a good workout for arms ? I don't want to be built, I just want my arms to be toned.

My favorite type of exercise is cardio, especially the elliptical. I put on a movie and I forget I'm working out.

Hello , I'm 21 years old. I was 172 pounds then I dropped down to 162 now i vary from 165-167. I like to workout but I'm not always motivated. Cakes and chocolate are me weakness. I want to get down to 140.
