I know I got stuck at a plateau after going from 222lbs to 210 because I wasn't eating enough. Scale didn't move again until I upped my calories by 300+. I went from eating 1340cal to 1650 and the lbs started dropping again. I recently hit another pseudo plateau and have increased my intake. Waiting to see my results. Good…

My aunt underwent a WLS 5-7 years ago. Not sure which one. She has a degenerative bone condition and in conjunction with being morbidly obese her entire life, she needed to lose the weight to have her hip replaced. Her success was awesome for several years post op. She went from 300+ lbs to being within the normal BMI…

I haven't done the exact math to calculate it. After my first plateau I just kept adding calories until the scale started moving again. We are very similar in stats 31yo, 5'6" and 195 so maybe I should eat more. Do you eat back your exercise calories on bootcamp days? Thanks for your help!

That's a good suggestion. Typically I find things that I like and stick to them. I rarely ever get bored with foods, so I guess I'll have to find some stuff to mix it up.

I have a question also...I want to incorporate dead lifting into my weight training. Currently I divide my lifting into 3 days: push muscles (chest, triceps, shoulders), pull muscles (back and biceps) and legs and abs. Which one of those days should I add dead lifts? I know it's a compound movement but I'm not sure where…

Look at you being proactive! I need to get my sodium down too. Sugar, carbs, and sodium tend to be hairy issues for me. So much so I just stopped tracking sugar cause I was tired of facing the music. What's crazy to me is I''ve cut bread, and sweets nearly completely out my diet. But I know my love affair with fruit…

Cool video. Impressed at how long he ran at that speed and his ability to talk afterwards.

What protein sources do you use with your vegetarian diet?

Came home again from the gym tonight feeling like Mrs. Incredible, but looking like Mrs. FritoLay. Lol. It's cool though I did the crime, gotta pay the time. Plus Mrs. FritoLay is five times, stronger, faster and athletic than she was just six short weeks ago.

Thanks for your response. Im currently at about 210 so looks like maybe I can try a calorie intake similar to yours. At that calorie level what did your pound per week loss look like?
-
Thank you! Maybe I'm just easily impressed cuz your compliment just made me feel a tad bit slimmer too. lol Well done to you as well!
-
Lol. I'm right there wit you girl. I def won't be needing to buy a new wardrobe any time soon. I'll just be fitting into my own. It does make getting ready for work easier. More of my own pants to choose from. lol

Love this concept! I know there are things I can do now that supercede my current appearance. Just gotta keep pushing for my body to catch up.
