I lost the first 10lbs pretty quickly. About 2 and a half weeks. I've been stalled at 214lbs for about the same amount of time (2.5 weeks). I'm female and 5'4". I only started strength a few days ago. I know 1200 is very low but I'm scared that if I'm not losing at 1200 and go up I'll gain weight.

I've been having air popped popcorn with nutritional yeast. 230 calories gets you a giant serving bowl of popcorn. I also like jicama sticks! They're sweet, crunchy, and refreshing if you keep them in the fridge.

I've been doing well actually. I've worked out every day except for my rest day, I've stayed within my calories and not been snacking. I haven't weighed myself yet but I plan to tomorrow. Celery in anything makes it inedible to me. Everyone says it has no taste but it does. I know. Also olives ruin everything they touch. Same with capers! Warm fruit. I love cold fruit, even room temperature fruit, but heat it up and it makes me feel sick. Eta: The taste of alcohol. Anything licorice or anise flavored.
