I have a 3 yo girl and a 5 yo boy - I work out at home and either do it early early in the morning, or I give the kids some really light dumbbells (2 lbs) or a resistance band and tell them they're welcome to join me as long as they don't get in the way! I have a similar problem. I lose my willpower at night. So I'm trying to "front load" my calories so that I'm eating more earlier in the day and am not as hungry at night. When I feel like snacking at night, I have herbal tea or maybe some low-fat popcorn. I'm also trying to drink a glass of water when I'm feeling hungry.…

TurboFire is a blast. My only criticism is that I tend to miss lifting weights when I have done it, so now I usually use it as part of a hybrid of weight training and cardio. But I definitely got good results from it! Have fun!

You should be taking a week off for every 6-8 weeks of strenuous exercise, and each week should have at least one rest day and one day of active rest, like stretching or yoga. But don't stop altogether -- it's so good for you in so many ways!!
