Hi guys! I'm only 3 weeks postpartum with my first little baby girl but I'm already under my prepregnancy weight. I still have at least 30 pounds to go (60 to be healthy bmi) so I'm hoping to keep the momentum going! Stroller walking daily is my first goal. Feel free to add me!

That's so great!! I started c25k at least four times before this one, and now I'm one week 4, day 2! Never have I gotten this far before, and my first day was just like yours :) Keep it up, you've got a lot of people rooting for you!!

I started taking v3 a few weeks ago. I was really tired all the time even though I got the recommended amount of sleep. The v3 gives me energy for the day (no crash) and curbs my appetite a lot. Which is great because I will eat chocolate for every meal if I can lol. I still eat 1400 cal a day and it makes me crave water…

I just started v3 yesterday, any updates on how it worked for you in the long term? The increase in my energy lever was great. Really got me motivated to run and stick to my meals that I planned.
