A few days ago a guy who was set up in BodyPump behind me came up to me after class to tell me how amazed he was at how much weight I can lift. He called me a "bionic woman." 2 days later another woman in the same class told me how strong I am!
Finally, I ran my fastest 5k yet today! 24.32.85 or 7.55/mile.
It feels good to see results!
