About working out in the morning.

I work at a bank and have decided to start getting up earlier to get into an exercise routine before work. (Jillian Micheals Thirty Day Shred to start with). I was wondering what order people do this in? Especially since I'm a coffee drinker first thing every morning. I was thinking get up, have about 15 minutes to stretch and drink some water, Jillian Micheals, shower, then coffee and breakfast.

    I like to do my workouts in the mornings mostly so I can't flake on myself. By the time I get off work there is dinner to make, homework to help with and its too easy for me to fall into the excuses of not getting it done. This way I log it in first thing and don't worry about the trap. Also I feel more energized and ready to tackle my day!

    That's what I was thinking, but do you do it before breakfast? Ever get light headed because of lack of water? Coffee first or last? Just getting some ideas.
