I was diagnosed with ptsd, severe panic disorder with agoraphobia. Of course first thing a doctor wanted was me to go on medication, but oddly enough I have a fear to medication as well. Any fitness goal in my opinion is a huge accomplishment. Youre bettering yourself. Whether its 5pounds to lose or 100, hell even if you need to gain it. Be proud of what you're doing an share it. Should always be proud about yourself

I would try an get him like to play games like Ajs02 suggested. I was pretty active as a kid, but I was still a chunky child. To be honest I wish my parents and family would have made me do more to keep healthy. In the long run they will thank you, it might be a fight to get him to do it, but make exercise fun. Even if its…
