I think there are a lot more people out there that are going through or have gone through the very same thing. Like poster said above, you gotta want this bad enough to make change.

My knee is scheduled for the end of the month and my feet are currently receiving treatment twice a week. Thank you 😊

I just wanted to add my thoughts. As I have limited mobility due to knee and foot issues, I have not been able to do any of my usual fun things that I like to do. Having said that, I have been careful at what I eat and stay within the calorie allotment that Mfp has provided. I have been steadily losing weight. It's the old…

Oh, she is beautiful, I sincerely hope she is a good fit for your family. Do you have any dog experience? If you do have any issues , please, please get advice from a dog trainer or someone that really knows about dogs. It really saddens me to the number of animals that are given up because there was a lack of experience…

A store near me bleaches their expired shelf life chicken and repackages it.

I just saw a show on you tube about how stores deal with meat that is near or has expired . ...pretty disgusting. That really got me thinking..... the show is called Marketplace, based in Canada. Supposedly, Health Canada, says its a no, no, but stores are not gonna waste all that meat. Apparently the same for the baked…

Cbd oil in coconut oil, that I applied to the area. I just tried it, first time today I haven't had the knawing pain. Still cant bend toe much and put a shoe on, but I am no longer at the stage of what to do with myself😊

I would like to congratulate you on your two new little additions....how very kind of you to give them a home. That really made me smile when I saw your post. I volunteer with a cat rescue. Also, just wanted to say that I will be going to my Dr. in March. Hopefully, my A1C will be much better than when I went 2 weeks ago.…

I agree with the poster above. Its good that you drank water before your test, that meant you had nice plump veins. I do know you can drink too much water, how much is too much, I dont remember. Oh, and anxiety can embrace all kinds of not so pleasant "top drawer " feelings. I suffer from anxiety and certainly from time to…

When did you eat after having your blood test?

Welcome to both of you!

When I plateaued, I changed my routine, I found Intermittent Fasting kick started it for me.

I would love to be part of this group. I am well into the two hundreds. Dont really know how much exactly, my scale needs new batteries. I have many issues with feet and knees. I was biking up to a few years ago. Love it. However, I was having a lot of issues with biking. Finally went to Dr. To discover I have a health…

Congratulations! That is very inspiring!

Wow, awesome attitude! Your positive thinking will lead you to a healthier future. Add me as a friend if you wish.

Sounds like you have reasonable expectations, that is a wonderful goal. Getting down to 190 will make you feel so much better and will hopefully motivate you to keep going. Good luck

I can easily burn a lot of calories just biking. Last year I was biking an hour and a half pretty well most days. I also walked for at least 45 minutes a day. This is of course getting your heart rate up. Run up and down stairs. Go on you tube, lots of exercise videos you can work out to...good luck and you can do it.

I really love the natural peanut butters. A few months ago I had a tsp of the peanut butter with sugar in it...yuck. I like to have a little bowl with a couple of tsps of natural pb, and this week I actually put 1/2 tsp of chocolate icing it. Tastes like Reeses
