Highest weight 242 (more than pregnant)! :# . Back on in end of January 2016 at 232. Currently at 219 (lost 13 pounds in 3 months) with end goal of 175. Doing it really slow. Weigh every day, but don't freak about number unless up 3. Started using Vivofit 2 in January. Bought SodaSparkle to make homemade carbonated water…

Emotional eating, wow. I ate so much ice cream 3 weeks ago and felt so sick the next day. It didn't fix the problem. Temporarily soothed me then gave me another problem to deal with (calorie influx). Just went on my public library site to look for the book mentioned (The Hunger Fix).

Glad I found this! Being that I'm in perimenopause finally (will be 56 in six weeks) and just started getting shark week every 3 weeks, First day too much bleeding so I just lay around. Second day do force a work out and feel better. Love my Aleve during that time. Sleep crappy too. I do need to increase my iron intake.

Well, I will be 55 in mid May. Weight stayed the same on my weekly weigh in, but feeling better since I have lost some weight in the last year. I haven't had menopause yet. Just starting to have monthly getting close together so it looks like I am transitioning. Still having difficulty in not letting work stress affect me…

Too much stress at work and financial hit due to furlough just did me in. To avoid the stress eating after work every day, I…

Complex carbs also make me want to eat like a pig. When I was pregnant, I flunked my fasting glucose test (ate a bunch of ice cream night before). When had the blood draw…

I hadn't weighed myself for a year and went to the doctor yesterday. Weigh what I did when pregnant 237 and my daughter is 18. Back on here and trying to get motivated. hate the scale, but just bought one of those scales records the weight and just tells you if you lost each day. I definitely need this group and…

Wow, I am so glad I found this. Stress eating is exactly my problem and I always felt like I wasn't in the right place (mentally) to tackle it. Went to the doctor today and actually got on the scale (found out I am sick with pneumonia). I saw exactly how much I let myself go in the last year. It is time to hit it, but…
