I eat a flat out wrap (90 calories) a banana (80-100 calories) and a tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter (90 calories). This is around 280-300 calories…and it keeps me full all the way up until lunch time! I have a good mix of carbs and protein. You should try it!

I have been a binge eater for most my life. I notice when I have an event, or something social to go to coming up, I sabotage myself a lot of the time by binging the night before...so I don't want to go the next day. I know where you are coming from. I am on my first good day from an 8 day binge eating episode. We can not beat ourselves up over this. What I would suggest doing is instead of eating either "all good" or "all bad" is incorporating some of the bad foods in during the good days. For instance, eat 3 healthy meals, and treat…

I am 5'4 1/2....right now at 130 lbs. I want to lose 5-10 lbs....so ideally be at 120-125. I was at 140 and I lost about 10 pounds in the last 7-8 months. For some reason though now it is much harder, and the fluctuations happen more often. I can never get under 129! It is my eating habits I know, that I need to change.

These are all very interesting to read. I know everyone says eat "a cupcake" not 10....but I find it on days that I don't work out to eat all of them! I hate it so much....It is all a mental thing. That is how a balance diet works and I think this is the hardest part for us all. Agreed?

I totally agree this this....and trust me if you knew how many times I say "Okay I am not going to binge today I am going to be fine." and then it cycles for a couple of days. I live in SF too, so I can totally relate!! All this delicious delivery food....its hard. But good advice, I need to stick with it!

Yes basically binge...saying "screw it" and then keep going for a couple days...then it puts me in a stupor that is hard to get out of.
