  • I have the older set and have both fire 45 and fire 45EZ and they are totally different workouts. The EZ workouts do not have the fire Drills. Fire 45EZ is my favorite so far. Check out on clips youtube. I have the advanced set also and look forward to doing them soon.

  • They didn't offer water..that makes sense that you may be dehydrated. Great that you figured out. Looks like you guys are almost done and I am still on my 2nd week of Lean. Did LC1 today and not really loving the triceps work. This is Not my strongest muscle.
  • Hi Welcome to the group. Yes you are right those burpees are a killer! I like Burn Intervals it is just that I have done it so many times I needed to mix things up. I also have done 30 Day Shred and love how fast it goes by. I like that it is only about 20 minutes.

  • I also do back to back lift days occasionally if I have too. I am also on m/w/f schedule and if I have too I will move a workout into the weekend. It is great just to get all your workouts done. Good job with BC3 who would of thought it is a good thing to have a sore butt. I sure had one after PC3.

  • Today was BC3. I was suppose to do Friday but instead did a wine walk and drank lots of different wines and ate lots of unhealthy foods. Now today when I did BC3 It was so much harder to get through after eating all that junk. Anyone else notice this?
